Lemons, Loaves & Honey is a collection of favorite recipes from members of the Saint Spyridon Church Family. The title is inspired by three classic ingredients found in any Greek kitchen that have permeated and influenced many cultures around the world. With this book we celebrate the kitchen - the heart of the home - where family and friends gather to prepare meals, break bread, thank God for a bountiful table, and keep alive our beautiful and beloved traditions, vital to the legacy of our rich histories. This collection is symbolic of the incredible diversity that exists in our church community today, both culturally and generationally, and is a reminder of how cooking and enjoying food bring us together. The Saint Spyridon Community has always been a warm and welcoming one, embracing the wealth of heritages and homelands of her members. The breadth and depth of the recipes found in Lemons, Loaves & Honey are a loving reflection of who we are.

This paperback cookbook has 252 pages, several of which are full with full color photos, including some of the dishes described on its recipe pages. The cover features a matte laminate which feels good to the touch and protects against stains. It measures 7.25" wide x 9.25" high x 0.625" thick.
